Now before I start let me say that in our retail locations we offer a large selection of cell phone replacements and I am in no way wanting to dis-credit the replacement side of our business.

Most of us have all been there before. It is the same thing with cell phones, if your LCD is not coming on or you can not hear people talking to you, bring it (or send it) to us and we can replace your LCD, flex cable, or ear speaker for a fraction of the price of a new cell phone. I just fixed a razr ear speaker for a customer for $15 and she was about to go buy a brand new cell phone because she could not hear people.
