Cell Phone Repair vs. Replacement

Cell phone repair vs. Replacement

Now before I start let me say that in our retail locations we offer a large selection of cell phone replacements and I am in no way wanting to dis-credit the replacement side of our business.

Most of us have all been there before. You drop your phone in water, break it in half, throw it at your "loved" one in the heat of battle, forget your phone is on top of you car and drive off, or just plain destroy your phone. Now what do you do? You either buy a replacement cell phone or file insurance. But there is a better way, how about you just get that cell phone repaired.

I have been in the cell phone repair industry for over 4 years now and I have seen everything imaginable happen to phones. Funny thing is, we normally can fix it all. We have grown our little repair business from 1 store in 1 state to 4 stores in 2 states, and accept national repairs via our website: www.cellularphonerepaircenter.com . At most of our locations it is so busy that customers literally have no where to sit and we have over 15-20 places for customers to wait on there phones.

The funniest thing and most rewarding thing about my job is the amazement that customers get when the bring me in a cell phone that is completely trashed and we fix it in less that 30 minutes and generally less than $50. I hear it everyday "I can't believe you fixed my cell phone!" And I usually just smile and say, "That is what we do."

The cell phone repair industry is so new that people do not know that you can get your phone repaired. I look at it like a car, if my car would not start all the time or my transmission was slipping, I would not go right out and buy a new car, I would take it to an auto mechanic and have my starter or transmission replaced. It is the same thing with cell phones, if your LCD is not coming on or you can not hear people talking to you, bring it (or send it) to us and we can replace your LCD, flex cable, or ear speaker for a fraction of the price of a new cell phone. I just fixed a razr ear speaker for a customer for $15 and she was about to go buy a brand new cell phone because she could not hear people.

Having a working cell phone is important to people. And if you ever break your phone visit our website at www.cellularphonerepaircenter.com and see how easy it would be for us to repair your cell phone.

Cheers!
